Every online travel brand or tech company makes mistakes along the way - they would be foolhardy to suggest otherwise.
This is no more apparent than when looking at how many companies over the years have approached the subject of entering the markets in Asia Pacific.

Joining analysis Maggie Rauch for the discussion are:
- Mieke de Schepper, executive vice president for online travel companies and managing director for Asia Pacific at Amadeus.
- Jeff Lewis, vice president for technology and strategic initiatives at TripAdvisor.
