Florida-based JetBlue
Travel Products, a subsidiary of JetBlue Airways, has unveiled the Troupe mobile app for planning group trips, such as bachelorette trips or family reunions.
The mobile application follows the 2020 platform launch of Troupe, which is fully backed by JetBlue. JetBlue Travel Products says it is the sole investor and helped bring the
product to market.
With the free and collaborative app, travelers can manage RSVPs, create polls and vote as a group to build consensus before they book. The app collects all information in one place, reducing the need for back-and-forth communication among travelers, and has functionality to set deadlines and broadcast updates.
“Anyone who has
organized a vacation with a group of friends or family knows that getting
everyone to agree on details can take the fun out of travel planning,” says
Andres Barry, president of JetBlue Travel Products.

“As we continue
to look for fresh solutions to ease friction in travel and expand JetBlue’s
reputation for great service, the Troupe app aims to simplify group travel
planning and perfectly aligns with our goal to build new travel offerings that
transform how people travel.”
Alexandra Zubko, CEO of New York-based Troupe, says the app was designed “to
make group trip planning fun, not stressful.”
“We are proud to be the newest product to come out of
JetBlue Travel Products and are thrilled to have the support of such a strong
travel company whose mission aligns with our own: solving major pain points
that travelers face.”
The introduction of Troupe follows JetBlue Travel Products’ relaunch of JetBlue Vacations in 2020 as well as its launch of trip booking platform Paisly in 2021. In June of this year, Paisly added activities inventory from Peek and vacation rentals from Vacasa.
