Journera is marking a perhaps unusually positive, mid-pandemic period for a travel tech company with a string of new customer wins.
The data exchange service, which aims to connect travelers and service operators through the length of a trip, has signed 3Sixty Duty Free, Way.com, Exceptional Stays, Parking Access and ShuttleFare to the platform this week.
The news comes six weeks after Journera announced an undisclosed funding round from Amadeus - the first investor in the company to come from outside of the traditional finance houses.
The backing in October came four months on from a raise of $11.6 million in a Series B round.
AmTrav also joined as the first travel management company on the customer roster.
Journera CEO Jeff Katz says: "We are pleased that brands from across the travel industry are joining Journera to provide highly customized experiences and offers for their customers.
"With a full journey view of the customer, Journera is helping our commercial partners create more seamless travel, generate more revenue and laser focus their marketing spend."
The company has created a platform whereby travelers can be tracked across the travel ecosystem and give suppliers and intermediaries the opportunity "connect the dots" of a journey for safety or corporate policy requirements, as well as provide personalized offers between or for segments of a trip.
