The Paris-based startup says it plans to expand across Europe and the U.S. and treble its headcount from 40 to 120 people.
Mindsay already works with a number of large travel companies including travel managing firm CWT, British Airways-parent IAG and French rail operator SNCF.
The company participated in Phocuswright Battle Ground Europe in 2018.
It has a range of chatbot types, covering commerce, agent handover and customer service, each operating in multiple languages.
The system develops, machine learning-style, as it goes along so that brands can gradually make the conversations both efficient and valuable to the customer.
