Strategic goals for 2022
Once we have our MVP, we will require some feedback. We will be offering a limited amount of users access to our product via private beta.
The next step will be redesign/iteration. The design, feedback, iterate, redesign, feedback, iterate cycle
is one that is ongoing throughout our startup’s life.
However, when it comes to business goals, the first redesign and iteration will happen immediately after we receive feedback from our private beta users.
When we are confident
that our product is usable, we will launch into public beta.
Lessons learned over the last year
We have two categories of audience. One is the hotel and accommodation industry from a hospitality management solution perspective. The other, which is our main audience, is the crypto and blockchain audience from a pools-lending perspective.
With the industry ever changing
and new users engaging with crypto all the time, we decided to shift our strategy from trying to raise awareness of the project among the whole crypto community to focus on one sub-section of the community.
In
our case, we decided to start by engaging more directly with users interested
in the EOS network, a blockchain-based, decentralized platform used to develop,
host and run dApps. By doing this we found we were able to sharpen our positioning here to become a key player, while also generating strong loyalty from this audience.
Startups are hard, but a strong
team and a true bond are enough to get you through it. Never underestimate the power of building strong relationships. Working at startups, or any company for that matter is incredibly difficult. But in reality, it’s just business and businesses have
their ups and downs.
What gets you through is having strong relationships. Focus on building them and harnessing them to air out your concerns and worries along the way.
