Hotel technology provider Thynk announced the acquisition Friday of “Please ask m,” a software as a service provider in the B2B hotel market.
Terms of the deal were not made public. Thynk called the move a pivotal step in fortifying its hospitality cloud solution with the addition of “Please ask m’s” revenue generation modules, providing client hotels with both operational tools and mechanisms to identify and capture new revenue opportunities.

“The integration of ‘Please ask m's’ functionalities into Thynk's hospitality cloud represents a confluence of aligned interests and core competencies,” Thynk CEO Pascal Petit said. “The fusion of these platforms is expected to significantly enhance our value proposition for hoteliers, facilitating increased revenue potential and operational efficiency.”
“Please ask m” CEO Mark Struik has joined Thynk to help with the transition for existing customers, but the deal does not include the rest of that company’s team.
“With Thynk we have a shared vision, one that sees beyond today's constraints,” Struik said. “The addition of our revenue generation modules to Thynk’s cloud ecosystem is like giving hoteliers a key to countless new doors of opportunity.”
The new deal aligns with Thynk’s strategic growth initiatives following its $13 million Series A funding announced in April, the company said.
