ConnexPay - Launch pitch at Phocuswright Europe 2024

Founded in 2017, ConnexPay is a global payment platform that enables clients to manage all of their B2B payment needs, from acquiring sales, managing fraud and paying suppliers. The company was a PhocusWire Hot 25 Travel Startup for 2020 and since then has raised more than $145 million.

In June, ConnexPay launched Intelligent Payouts – a solution that uses artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data to optimize outcomes for clients, which operate in more than 180 countries around the world.

At Phocuswright Europe in Barcelona in June, ConnexPay chief revenue officer George Hansen presented the Intelligent Payouts solution during the Launch competition.

Hansen explained how the technology boosts card acceptance, reduces fees, maximizes rebates and provides “the right payment at the right time, in the right way.” He also discussed how the system uses network approach to optimize outcomes for individual clients based on the data set of the entire network’s volume.
