countries. FCTG also operates the global FCM corporate travel management network

company’s strategic acquisitions that are helping it create innovative products
that meet the needs of both corporate and supplier customers.
In an interview in the PhocusWire studio
at The Phocuswright Conference, FCTG chief experience officer John Morhous
explains how the company is using its acquisition of
WhereTo in August 2020 to create FCM Booking, a proprietary online booking
tool now available in the United States and Canada with availability in
additional markets coming.
He also discusses how FCTG’s
majority stake in NDC-specialist TP Connects earlier this year has enabled
it to create a more modern retailing environment for suppliers and how its
acquisition of Shep
one year ago allows its corporate customers to create an enhanced user
experience.
