Strategic goals for 2023
It is exciting to see the innovation that is happening in travel, especially around experiential hospitality. We currently have hundreds of leading hotels and resorts using our platform to deliver amazing experiences to their guests. The key priority for us in 2024/25 is to grow our customer base into thousands, as we know selling experiences is (or should be) the key priority for every hotel and resort in the next few years.
We’re working with our existing clients on really cool stuff around embedding experiences much more into the booking journey and also using AI to help guests tailor their stay. We’re seeing great results from this already and are excited to fully bring it to market in 2024.
Lessons learned since founding
When we started Turneo, we knew we as travelers want experiences, but we were unsure how much travel brands care about it. It has been fascinating to see how hotels, after adopting our solution, completely change how they think about experiences and the creativity it unleashes. We initially thought we were building an ancillary revenue product, but we learned that our platform is really transforming the way hotels operate.
