Justt combines machine learning and artificial intelligence with human-expertise to uncover and check chargebacks and return funds to merchants, such as travel companies.
The Tel Aviv-based startup, which received $70M in funding in late 2021, says its technology is tailored per industry as well as per company with machine learning improving its performance behind the scenes.
Justt says instances of online fraud, especially chargebacks which are its focus, have skyrocketed in the travel industry during the pandemic.
