At The Phocuswright Conference, founder, Mystifly founder, CEO and managing director Rajeev Kumar explained the company’s Azygos platform., a multi-source airline retailing SaaS solution to make it easy to launch, scale and build a travel business.

Kumar argues the airline industry is undergoing a “tectonic shift” that is making integrations, channel management and revenue management both complicated and expensive. But using Azygos, he says, customers can easily create a rich retailing experience that drives increased revenue.

After the conference, Kumar spoke to PhocusWire editor in chief Mitra Sorrells to explain more about the solution including why it is particularly relevant today and how it differs from competitors.
