The corporate travel community is having to balance getting travelers on the road again with the health and safety implications.
The pandemic has placed additional pressure on the sector with restrictions from different governments changing all the time.
Just getting accurate information in a timely manner and providing it to travelers has become a huge task.
Ironically, while the pandemic has accelerated all things digital, corporate travel has pulled back a little and is leaning on “analogue services.”
Brandon Balcom, senior director for innovation business development at CWT, discusses the need for a single source of truth and the role of predictive technologies going forward at the PhocusWire Pulse: Safer & Seamless event last month.
