Strategic goals for 2022
Since our inception we’ve looked at strategic ways to leverage business travel as a service, and after three years in the making, we launched with our first bank, with another to follow.
This will be a full, co‐branded integration. Using TapTrip
as a value added service, this client is supporting its business banking customers return to travel with all the safety, benefits and features that TapTrip offers.
In conjunction with ATPI we also launched across Benelux in Q1 and have two
more exciting TMC partnerships to announce, one in the U.K. and one in the U.S.
Finally, we launch our second product, Vessul, a tool to help improve operation efficiency for crew rotations, through intuitive technology in the marine and energy
sectors and are currently hiring for market managers across the U.S. and Asia.
Lessons learned over the last year
If the course of last year has taught a business anything - it’s the importance of being a team, being visible, over-communicating and taking the time to truly listen in order to support.
The impact of COVID continues to impact mental health and
the full extent as to how this will manifest remains to be seen, so creating both a virtual and in-person support network, as some of us choose to return to the office - it’s something we will continue to focus on and evolve.
