Travlr, which provides a white-label travel
selling platform with inventory from operators and online travel agencies, has
acquired ReZme, known for its “JoinCherry”
browser extension that alerts consumers to deals and helps sellers steer
consumers to their booking sites.
Terms of the acquisition
are not being disclosed. ReZme founders Matt Taylor and Luke Young will join
Travlr as senior vice president of sales and senior vice president of white
label partnerships, respectively. Both companies are based in Australia.
As a brand of Travlr,
ReZme will pivot its JoinCherry extension to a B2B, white-label product,
which Travlr said will help its clients such as Newscorp, Kogan and Play Travel
to intercept and provide offers to users who are on other online travel agency
sites.

will immediately benefit from this acquisition, helping alert their customers
to the major savings available to them through our closed user group or travel
subscription sites.”
Travlr has also recently launched a subscription
product, Travel Club, that enables companies that want to sell travel to include
a subscription option with more than one million hotels and more than 300,000
activities around the world.
