Market intelligence platform Lighthouse has acquired HQ revenue, a Berlin-based business also specializing in market data.
Terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but a statement says the acquisition “will accelerate investment and innovation” for both HQ revenue and Lighthouse (formerly OTA Insight) customers.
This is the fifth acquisition for Lighthouse, which earlier this year announced the acquisition of Stardekk enabling its expansion into distribution.

The statement adds that the acquisition of HQ revenue is part of Lighthouse’s strategy to bring together platforms “to deliver the next generation commercial platform.”
