Vouch provides hotels with an app-less, chat-based digital concierge that uses artificial intelligence to provide round-the-clock services for hotel guests.

The system can be used for pre-arrival communications, health declarations, scheduled check-in to reduce crowding, booking of facilities such as gyms, swimming pools and restaurants, housekeeping and in-room dining requests and to capture guest feedback.

Goals for 2021

We believe that the digital experience is an incredibly important piece of the puzzle for hotels in the new normal, and the Vouch platform enable hotels to create a seamless, integrated guest journey which delivers improved productivity and boosted revenue.

With more than 15% of market share in Singapore, Vouch is now pushing hard to internationalize into strategic countries like South Korea, Japan, Australia and in Europe.

With each new market, we are learning and adapting our product to maximize value for hotels, to make sure that we can deliver on our mission - giving hoteliers the freedom to do the things that matter and enabling service with a smile.
